Cancellation Policy for Healing Sessions
To ensure the best experience for all our clients at Manoorama Heals You in Rourkela, we have established clear and fair cancellation guidelines.
48-Hour Notice for Full Refund
Cancellations for tarot reading, reiki healing, or any healing session must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations (50% Fee)
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your healing session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This applies to all services at our Rourkela center.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your booked session without prior notice will result in full session charge with no refund. Please contact us if you're running late.
Free Rescheduling Available
You may reschedule your healing session up to 24 hours before the appointment at no additional cost. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone.

Our cancellation policy is designed to respect both your time and our commitment to providing quality healing sessions. The 48-hour notice allows us to offer your time slot to other clients across Odisha who may be on our waiting list.

Monthly Sacred SoulShift Membership Cancellation
The ₹499/month membership is billed through Razorpay subscription. You can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; your current paid month remains active.
- Cancel via the Razorpay portal link in your receipt, or email hello@manoorama.in and we’ll process within 2 business days.
- No partial refunds for the current billing period once it begins. If you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll review.
- Membership access includes the live monthly webinar, next-day workshop, WhatsApp inner circle, worksheets, and monthly resources.
- Community conduct: respectful participation is required; misuse may lead to removal without refund.
